Refund policy
Booking Cancellations:
Flight Tickets:
- Domestic Flights: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a refund minus cancellation fees.
- International Flights: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a refund minus cancellation fees.
- Last-minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours (domestic) or 72 hours (international) before departure are not eligible for a refund.
Tour Packages:
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the start date are eligible for a refund minus cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between 7-15 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds shall be processed within 7-10 working days from the cancellation date. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services are non-refundable once the application process has begun.Any additional charges such as service fees or third-party charges are non-refundable.
Changes and Modifications:
Any changes to bookings (flight or tour packages) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Special Circumstances:
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), the refund policy will be subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
